Pricing questions

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. The free plan costs nothing, needs no credit card and does not expire. It covers 3 dynamic QR codes and 10,000 scans per month. Static QR codes can be generated on the homepage without an account at all.

What happens to my QR codes if I downgrade?

Printed codes keep working. What changes is what you can do with them: analytics history shortens to the retention of your new plan, and codes above the new limit become read-only rather than being deleted.

What is the difference between a static and a dynamic QR code?

A static code stores the data inside the image — permanent, free, but not editable and not measurable. A dynamic code points at a short link, so you can change the destination after printing and see every scan by device, country and referrer.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Starter is 80 EUR per year instead of 96, Professional is 150 EUR per year instead of 180 — roughly two months free in both cases.

Which plan includes API access?

API access is part of the Professional plan. It lets you create, update and read QR codes and their scan analytics programmatically.
