Bulk QR Code Generator
A bulk QR code generator turns a list of links or text values into one QR code per row, then packages them as a single ZIP download. Paste your list or upload a CSV, pick PNG or SVG, and download. There is no account, no batch limit and no expiry date — and because generation happens in your browser, your list is never uploaded to a server.
Second column is optional and becomes the file name. Comma, semicolon and tab all work.
0 codes ready
Everything runs in your browser. Your list is never uploaded — no account, no limit, no expiry.
How to generate QR codes in bulk
Paste one value per line, or upload a CSV. A second column is optional and becomes the file name inside the ZIP, which matters when you are matching codes to products or assets later.
Choose the output format. PNG suits screens and quick previews. SVG is a vector: it stays sharp at any print size and produces a much smaller archive, so it is the better choice for packaging, labels and large batches.
Set the error correction level. Higher levels rebuild the code from more damage but hold less data. Level M (15%) is the sensible default; use H (30%) when codes are printed on curved, textured or heavily handled surfaces.
Why the file name column is worth filling in
A ZIP of two thousand files called qr-0001.png is technically correct and practically useless. Adding a second column — a SKU, an asset tag, a room number — means the archive arrives already sorted for whoever has to place the codes.
Names are cleaned automatically: path separators and characters that break file systems are removed, and duplicates get a counter appended so nothing is silently overwritten inside the archive.
Static codes are permanent — plan for that
The codes produced here are static: the destination is encoded directly into the image. That makes them free, unlimited and permanent, but it also means the destination cannot be changed once the code is printed. If a URL changes, every printed code becomes a dead end.
When a batch is going onto something with a long life — packaging, equipment labels, signage — a dynamic code is usually the safer choice. It encodes a short redirect instead, so the destination stays editable after printing and every scan is recorded.
Frequently asked questions
How many QR codes can I generate at once?
There is no limit set by us. The practical ceiling is your browser memory, since every code is created on your device. Batches in the low thousands are routine; above roughly 5,000 codes, switching from PNG to SVG makes a large difference to both speed and archive size.
Do I need an account?
No. Bulk generation, PNG and SVG output and the ZIP download all work without signing up. An account is only needed for logo embedding, custom colors, and dynamic codes that can be edited and tracked after printing.
Is my list uploaded to your servers?
No. The QR codes are generated entirely in your browser and packaged into the ZIP locally. Your list never leaves your device, which also means nothing about it is logged, stored or processed by us.
Do the generated QR codes expire?
No. These are static QR codes, so the destination is encoded directly in the image. They keep working for as long as the destination itself exists, with no subscription and no expiry date.
Can I change the destination after printing?
Not with static codes — the destination is part of the image. To change a destination after printing you need dynamic QR codes, which encode a short redirect that you control. That also unlocks scan analytics: device, country, city and time for every scan.
What is the difference between PNG and SVG output?
PNG is a fixed-resolution image, fine for screens and small print. SVG is a vector, so it stays perfectly sharp at any size and produces a far smaller archive. For print production, especially large batches, SVG is the better default.
Need codes you can change after printing?
The codes above are static and permanent. Dynamic QR codes keep the same printed image while you edit the destination, and record every scan — device, country, city and time. Create a free account to try dynamic codes with QRiety.
